How big is the SAVA BX network, and what coverage can you provide?

The SAVA Business Exchange is one of the countries largest and most established panels with over 500 Domestic Energy Assessors. We provide Energy Performance Certificates throughout all of England and Wales.

How quickly will we receive a completed Energy Performance Certificate after instruction?

We aim to provide our clients a completed Energy Performance Certificate within 3/4 working days.

How can SAVA BX help me to respond to questions about EPC?

The SAVA BX Contact Centre in Milton Keynes will handle all enquiries regarding any aspect of an EPC we have provided.  We are pleased to take calls from HIP providers, vendors, buyers and estate agents etc.  Our Contact Centre is open 5 days per week, 0830-1800.

How do we send an instruction to SAVA BX?

There are three alternatives:

  • Simply call us with details of the property, we’ll take payment over the phone and can arrange for an inspector to visit you the very next day.
  • You can log on to our secure web site and enter the instruction through a simple and intuitive web page. This is ideal if you have a low volume of instructions to process.
  • Or you can adapt your existing back office property management system to communicate with the SAVA BX online system. This allows you to enter the property details just once on your own system and it is automatically transferred to SAVA BX. This is better if you have a higher volume of instructions.

How can we track the progress of an instruction?

If you instruct us via telephone or post, simply call our contact centre and we will happily update you on the progress of your order. If you integrate with us whenever the status of the instruction changes (appointment made, EPC report lodged, etc) your back office system is informed automatically allowing you to view progress from your own system. If you use our secure web site then you can log in at any time and view your instructions and their current progress.

How do we actually receive a completed EPC?

If you have instructed us via telephone or post we will email you a copy of the certificate and send you a hard copy in the post. If you integrated with the SAVA BX online system then your back office system is automatically sent the location of the report as soon as it is lodged, allowing you to print it out immediately. If you use our secure web site then you will be informed electronically when the inspector lodges the report. In addition you can log in and view the web link to collect the completed report.
