Meet the management team

Terry Bedeau is our Account Manager and works with our clients; he is responsible for every facet of the sales process from acquisition to client management. Terry has a strong sales background acquired within the IT and telecommunication industries.

Deniece Killeen is our Customer Services Manager and runs the SAVA BX Contact Centre in Milton Keynes. Deniece has over 15 years customer-facing experience gained within blue chip organisations from the automotive and telecommunication sectors.

Jon Goodwin is our IT & Systems Manager and is responsible for the development of the SAVA BX on line system. Jon has over 15 years experience of software design and development gained with the energy efficiency and media industries.
